Mince the scallions.

Parboil the chrysanthemum leaves. Boil for 1 minute, then chill in water.

Squeeze out excess water from the chrysanthemum leaves, then finely chop.

Combine the natto, scallions, and chrysanthemum leaves in a bowl, add soy sauce and white sesame seeds, and mix.

Voila!!
