Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan/gram flour
  2. 1/4 tspMakki ka aata/ maize flour
  3. 3Chopped green chilli
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/3 tspCoriander powder
  7. pinchasafoetdia
  8. pinchBlack pepper
  9. as neededWater to make semi liquid batter
  10. 8-10Cauliflower pieces

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the besan and makki ka aata add other spice and mix them.

  2. 2

    Boil. The cauliflower till semi soft, drain excess water and leave them for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add required water to make semi flow better.

  4. 4

    Take single piece of cauliflower dip in batter drop in oil and fry till golden coat.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately with your favorite dip
