Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).

Cut out the center of each Camembert without piercing through the bottom, and cut the tops into pieces. Place 1 tablespoon of cream in the center of each cheese, then add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ham. Add a few small pieces of Camembert.

Crack an egg into each Camembert and season with black pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes.

When you take them out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy with a fresh green salad!
