Ingredients

  1. 1Maggi packet
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1 tspDegi mirch
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 cupPaneer cubes
  6. as neededwater
  7. 1 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the maggi for 4 minutes and leave in hot water for next 2 minutes.

    In a pan take 1 tsp ghee and fry paneer cube add Degi mirch and maggi masala magic.

    Roast for 2 minutes. Take out from pan. In same pan with remaining ghee add 1 tsp green peas and wait for crackle.

    Add onion to roast cook for 3- 4 minutes. Stir the maggi drain all excess water.

  5. 5

    Add boiled maggi add taste maker and salt chilli powder.

  6. 6

    Cook for 1 minute. Garnish with fried panner.
