Chhole bhature

Soak the chickpeas in water for at least 6 hours and boil them.

Take plain flour, curd, and salt in a bowl and knead the soft dough with the help of water.

Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic, green chili, cumin seeds, Kasuri methi, khopra dry, peanut, bay leaf, cloves.

When the onion turns brown add tomatoes to it and switches off the flame.

Churn it in a mixture grinder jar and make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add this paste. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chole masala.

Cook it till the oil separates and then add chickpeas to it. Cook it for 7-8 minutes.

Now add water and close the lid. Switch off the flame before the whistle blows.

Now take a small part of the dough and roll a small roti of it.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry this bhatura. Tempting chhole bhature are ready to serve.
