In a big vessel take suji, rice flour, all-purpose flour and curd. Add 2 cups water and prepare lump free mixture.

Add finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies and cumin seeds. Add 3 cups water and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Rest batter for 15-20 minutes. Batter should be thin and of flowing consistency.

Heat nonstick tawa. Apply some oil and wipe with cloth. Sprinkle some water. Now mix batter well. When water is evaporated pour big spoonful of batter from edges moves towards centre. Apply some ghee or oil. When base turns crisp and golden flip it and cook another side for 1 minute. Rava dosa takes much time than regular dosa. Every time mix batter well

Serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
