My Pork Chops in Mustard Mushroom Sauce 💙
We loved these done this way. Lovely enjoyed every bit. So easy to do not much messing.
Steps

Melt 1 tbls of the butter in a frying pan add the onion and garlic and fry for 1 minute stirring.

Next add the mushrooms and sautèed for 2 minutes stirring. Then set aside.

In another pan add a little butter and add the chops just to brown on both sides. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat Then set aside.

Bring back the onions and mushrooms in the pan and heat up. Then add the wine let it bubble for 1 minute then stir.

Add the water and mix. Add the Dijon Mustard and the wholegrain and stir in. Let it simmer for a minute

Add the cream stir in then add the chops to an oven dish and pour the mushroom and sauce all over the chops.

Add to a preheated oven 160°C for 15 minutes.

Serve Hot with Mashed potato and Veg.
