Take a one bowl add rice and dal washed. And soaked in water 15 min.

Chopped all veggies in one plate.

Prepare tadka in cooker. Take a cooker and add ghee and mustard seeds and cumin seeds. It is proper tempered.

Then add onion and saute till it became light pink.

Then add chopped tomato, potato. And add peanuts.

Then add red chilli powder, haldi and coriander powder.

Mix it well. Then add garam masala.

Add chopped ginger,garlic and green chilli.

Add hing and salt. And mix it well. And add water.

And lid the cover for 3-4 whistles.

After 3-4 whistle check..it is ready to serve with papad and chaas. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
