Rinse off the oxtails with cool water romove any excess fat.....

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of each salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder on meat

Pour 1/2 cup of the flour on a plate and coat ox- tails with flour...

Pour cooking oil in a skillet and let it get hot.... Now add ox- tails one at a time. Turn heat done and let them brown on each side. This should only take about 1 or 2 minutes.

Add your water bouillon cubes cut up onion into your bouler or crockpot or pressure cooker

When your oxtails are brown remove them from oil and place them in your water mixture

Use 1/4 cup of the flour and the half teaspoons of salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder you have left to make gravy. Geavy will be the hot cooking oil flour salt pepper onion powder garlic powder and half cup of water.....

Pour gravy mixture over oxtails potatoes and carrots...... In a pressure cooker they should only take about 2 hours to be done..... In a crockpot about 5 hours and in a boiler on the stove cover and let cook about 7 hours but you will need to add water and make sure they are not sticking to the bottom on the stove.......

Since I did a pressure cooker I let the pressure off until my red button popped down and let it cool for about 30 minutes....serve and enjoy your meal😉😉😉
