Blend dates with milk

Ferment yeast with sugar in lukewarm water. Knead a soft dough with dates milk,salt,yeast water,jowa +,makki atta and oil

Keep the dough aside in a warm place for 2hrs and let it rise.

Sprinle flaxseeds powder and melon seeds. Grease the tin and bake it fr 40-45mins as per temperature at 180°C. It won't rise much as I have not used any wheat or plain flour.

And it is ready to eat with any topping of your choice
