Kolokasi with Koupepia

Peel and wipe the kolokasi; do not wash it. Cut it into cubes.

Place the kolokasi in a pot, add the oil, tomato juice, bouillon cube, and enough water to cover it. Cover the pot and let it cook halfway.

When it's halfway done, add the celery and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.

When it's ready, add lemon juice and salt if needed.

If you have fresh bread, it's delightful to dip it in the sauce.

It pairs well with koupepia. Another version is to cook them together. Enjoy with fresh bread, yogurt, and our dish.
