First, wash the potatoes, well then add half the water to it and boil it in a pressure cooker.

After boiling the potatoes. Take a pan, add two spoons of ghee to it far and cut the potatoes, and put them in the Pan then fry them by adding salt, black pepper, green chili potato fry.
