Ingredients

  1. 350 gramsPork
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1 tspVegetable oil
  4. Seasoning ingredients:
  5. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  7. 2 tbspSake
  8. 1 tspChicken soup stock granules
  9. 1 tspGrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together the seasoning ingredients. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions until wilted. Add the meat.

    Once the meat has changed color, add the seasonings and coat.
