
Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta (Pasta)

In a large pot over medium high heat, cook the bacon until it is crispy, then add in the chicken and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook until it is no longer pink, then remove from the pot, and add the onions and garlic until soft and the onions have caramelised slightly. Then add in the spinach and cook until it is wilted

Add the milk and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, add the pasta into the mixture and cover. Cook it on medium heat until the milk thickens and the pasta is cooked, roughly 7 minutes. Add the chicken back into the pot, and stir in the pesto and parmesan until everything is well combined. Remove and serve immediately
