Steps

Take a pan heat them add oil,mustard,onions. Fry well.

Add ridge guard pieces cook well on medium flame.with cover the lid.

Add salt,turmeric,coriander red chilli powder.mix it well.

Cover the lid with 5 minutes on medium flame.the water will comes out.

Take another pan add groundnuts fry well.take a mixer jar fine powder them.

Add groundnut powder.mix well.cover the lid with a medium flame on 2 minutes.

Switch off the flame.the fry was ready to serve them.it is the best combination of roti,rice. Yummy yummy ridge gourd fry ready.
