  1. 4eggs
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 150 grbutter
  5. 150 grwalnuts
  6. 1beetroot
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 cupmilk

    Peel and grate the beetroot keep aside. Whisk the eggs and the sugar till raised. Add the melted butter, whisk it for 2 minutes, then add the milk, and whisk for 2 minutes./Kupas dan parut buah bit, sisihkan. Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang. Tambahkan mentega cair, kocok selama 2 menit, lalu tambahkan susu, dan kocok selama 2 menit.

    Slower the speed and add the flour, baking powder and continue to whisk till the batter is evenly mixed. Add the grated beetroot mix it using a spatula. Then add 100gr cracked walnut continue to mix using a spatula./Perlambat kecepatan dan tambahkan tepung, baking powder dan terus kocok hingga adonan tercampur rata. Tambahkan campuran bit parut dengan menggunakan spatula. Kemudian tambahkan 100gr kenari retak terus aduk menggunakan spatula.

    Once the batter is well mixed, pour it into the tray or cupcake tray. Put the remaining walnuts at the top. Bake it for 40 minutes./Setelah adonan tercampur rata, tuangkan ke dalam nampan atau nampan cupcake. Taruh kacang kenari yang tersisa di atasnya. Panggang selama 40 menit.
