Soak the beans and remove the skin of if and wash it with clean water. Add bonnet and onion to the beans and blend it until smooth. Pour the batter into a clear container and add salt. Stir it well with a spoon

Set a pan on fire with oil,when hot, scoop the batter gently into the oil and fry both side's until done. Remove from the oil and drain.
