Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsBoiled / Cooked riced soft
  2. 3/4 cupYogurt
  3. 1 cupOnion chopped
  4. 1/2 cupCoriander chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  6. 1 tablespoonZeera roasted and crushed
  7. 1 tablespoonGreen chillies chopped
  8. 1 bunchSmall methi chopped
  9. 1 cup Gram flour (baisan)
  10. 1-1/2 teaspoonRed chilli flakes or powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix boiled rice and yogurt and leave it for an hour. Now mash it with hands or masher, bht zyada mash na karein dar dara rkhen
    Mix all the rest of the ingredients

    Mix well,make small pakoras and fry until golden..
    If you find the mixture a little bit runny you can add a little gram flour
    Agr totny lgy to ek anda mila lein.

    Serve with ketchup or chutney
    You can also make it with leftover rice or khichri
