Easy Marinated Tuna Bowl

Before, when I was working, I ate this at a restaurant a lot.
You just can't buy sauce for marinated rice bowls!
Nothing really! Just marinade.
If there's too little tuna, you can marinate some salmon along with it.
For kids, I just use a hint of wasabi, but for adults, it's delicious with a lot! Recipe by miskan

Steps
- 1
If your tuna is a block, slice it.
- 2
Put the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a bowl. I also added wasabi.
- 3
Add the tuna and lightly mix it up, wrap with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator. Let it sit a least 30 minutes to however long you want.
- 4
Put the rice in a rice bowl, top with shredded seaweed, then arrange the tuna on top. Pour the marinade on top and garnish with green onions.
- 5
When topping with the sauce at the end, there will be a lot of it. Please adjust the amount according to the amount of sashimi you use.
