(chicken kabab) Sab se pehly chopper mein chicken qeema sary masaly,piyaz,dhaniya,oil dal kar chopped krlen.

Phr ak pan mein oil dal kar kabab ki shape de kar low flame par bana lein lo.

(paratha) Maidy mein ghee or namak dal kar mix krlen or phr pani dal.kar soft se dough bana lein or sath hi 15 min ke liye dhak dein.

(dahi chutney) dahi mein black pepper salt or zeera powder dal lr achi trha mix krlen.

Phr maidy se ak paratha bana kar sab se pehly us pe chutney lagaen then kabab rakhen then piyaz ke ring dal kar usy roll krlen.ready to eat.
