  1. 8 cupsWhite rice
  2. 1 cupCooked rice
  3. 1 cupFlour
  4. 2 tbspSalt
  5. 4 tbspSugar
  6. 2 tbspBaking powder
  7. 8 tbspVeg.oil

Steps

1:20munites
  1. 1

    Wash da white rice,add d cooked rice and grind

  2. 2

    Use stick to stir d grinding very well,add d flour,sugar and salt mix again and cover to rice for at least 40munites or overnight that's he our parent use to do it.

  3. 3

    After rising add baking power and mix Again

  4. 4

    Heat d local pan(tanda) add little oil when heat again add d bater allow to cook for at least 2-3 munites and turn d other side again allow to cook a again.And remove from d pan

  5. 5

    Repeat d procedure untill u finish ur batter and enjoy.

I just bought a brand new Masa pan... please what should I do before using it so that it will not burn the masa?
