    Then bring a clean pot and add your red oil, then add pepper and onions and fry a bit, then add your meat, stockfish and your blended pepper and crayfish and turn it together then add your season, now it is time to add your shredded pumpkin leave and water leave and leave to cook for 20mins then taste to correct your season and turn and bring it down and serve with any swallow of your own choice.
