Take beetroot and chopped tomatoes 🍅 in a pressure cooker, add garlic, sugar, black pepper powder, or black pepper whole. chopped onion, bay leaf, and salt. Add water and give 3-4 whistles.

After boiling let it cool down and blend with a hand blender or grind it in mixie. Strain it. Reheat it.

Cut the bread slices into small pieces. Add melted butter on it and toss it. Sprinkle black pepper powder and Italian seasoning on it. Mix and bake it at 200 degrees centigrade for 4-5mins.

Once bread croutons are ready, add it soup and enjoy.
