Mushroom Pasta
Simple, quick, cheap and reasonably healthy.
Steps

Heat oven to 180c.

Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain the pasta well once cooked.

Pour the pasta into an oven proof tray. Add the mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to combine. Sprinkle a handful of cheese over the pasta
- 4
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
