Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsAll-purpose flour
  2. 1 kgBoiled potatoes
  3. 1 tbspGinger paste
  4. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  5. 1 tbspGreen chillies paste
  6. 1 tbspRed chilliy powder
  7. as requiredOil for frying
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspBlack sessame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour,salt and water and make a semi soft dough.

    Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

    On the other hand boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.

  4. 4

    On e it is nicely boiled peel of the cover and mash it nicely

  5. 5

    Add ginger, garlic, green chillies paste,red chilli powder and salt.

  6. 6

    Mash it well.

  7. 7

    Now make small balls of the maida dough and roll it like chapati.

  8. 8

    Paste the potatoes mixture on it and again roll it in wheel form.

    Cut small pieces out of it.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and put the samosas into it and give it a deep fry from both the sides.

    Samosa if ready to serve and eat with some chutneys.
