For sandwich 🥪 or with lettuce 🥬 cups as appetizer lettuce
Cooking Instructions

Cut boiled eggs into desired pieces. I like chunky pieces.

Place eggs in a bowl, add onion, celery, dill & chives
- 3
On a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey (or sugar), lemon, grated garlic, pepper, salt. Mix and taste

Put egg ingredients into the dressing and mix well to combined.

I make this with all the children's hard boiled eggs from the Easter Holiday every year and also sometimes in between when we are just craving it! I am a fan of miracle whip's flavor however, I will use mayonnaise if that's what I have. I also normally use celery seed as I enjoy the flavor of that as well. However, I've been out of that spice lately so I decided to substitute chia seeds and it worked just fine! You can also substitute any onions you have for the green ones. This is great on bread, in wraps, & even on crackers! (*Note: this recipe is written with eggs already hard boiled, if you need to boil them first, you will need to add 10-15 mins to your cook time.)
