Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsurad daal soak for 1 night
  2. 4potato boiled
  3. As per taste salt
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds
  7. 1 bowlcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Grind urad daal. Beat it with salt perfectly. Leave it for 1/2 hour.

    Fry this daal like pakodas and make bhalle on it.

    Now put these balls in the water. Peel and cut potato. Grind dahi.

  4. 4

    Now take Bhalla and separate their water. Now take them in a finishing plate and potato on them.

  5. 5

    Now salt and all spices on it and serve it and enjoy!!
