Take the onion and cut into small and long pieces And wash it.

Take a pan and add oil and heat them. Now add onion, add salt,red chilli powder,garma mesala,hing,and turmeric powder

Now mix it properly and cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
After 5 minutes close flame and chk it - 4
Our masala onion is ready to eat with hot roti.
