Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  • 350 gtofu; small cubes
  • 1 teaspoonfermented soybean; minced
  • 2 TABLEspoonschilli bean paste (25g)
  • 0.5 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 sliceginger; finely chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic; minced
  • 100 mlwater
  • 1 teaspoonflour; mix with water
  • Spring onion; fine segments

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Stir-fry chilli bean paste and chilli oil

  2. 2

    Add fermented soybeans, garlic and ginger, and mix well

  3. 3

    Add sugar and water, and mix well

  4. 4

    Add tofu and gently mix well

  5. 5

    Add flour water to thicken the sauce

  6. 6

    Add spring onion before serving
