Separate the egg yellow from the white egg (you can make a small hole on the shell to separate)

Beat the White egg separately till fluffy

Add butter to a mixing bowl and beat to make it creamy rather than solid

Using the blender blend the sugar or use the fine sugar

Add it to the cream butter in the bowl and beat

Add egg yellow one by one while beating

Sieve the raw ingredients (flour, baking powder)

Add to the mixing bowl a little by little while beating and alternating with milk

Mix vinegar and baking soda wait till it settles (it is supposed to boil vigorously

Add to the batter

Add fluffy egg white then beat to consistency

Add vanilla essence and mix you can use a spoon at this point

Having preheated your oven at 180°c and greased and dusted your baking tin

Bake for 45mins or when a toothpick comes out clean
