Take a pan. Add oil. When oil became hot add some mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Now add onion, green y and garlic.

Soute them 5 min while onion became golden brown.

Now add Turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

Add water and boiled them for 2 minutes.

Add ganthiya and off the flame.and rest for 5 minutes.

It's ready to serve.
