Chop up all of the veggies, and place them in a bowl.

Chop up turkey and sausage.
Add to pressure cooker with olive oil and saute to brown the meat. - 3
Add the veggie bowl to the pressure cooker.
Saute for 5 more mins. - 4
Add stock.

Add all the spices and tomatoes and stir in thoroughly.

Rinse off uncooked rice, add to pot and do not stir. If too much rice is on the bottom, it'll burn.

Attach the lid, and cook at pressure for 15 mins.
Turn stove down to low when pressure is met. - 8
Turn the stove off, wait approx 20 mins for pressure to drop. Stir well and serve.
