Ingredients

  • 200 gmPaneer
  • 12-15 leavesSpinach
  • 2Boil and mashed potateso
  • as neededWhite curry masala
  • 4Green chili
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 1/3 cupCream
  • 2Onion medium size raffly chopped
  • 8-10Cashew nuts
  • 6-8Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/4 tspWhite pepper powder
  • 2-3 tbspGramflour/ cornflour
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tspHoney
  • 1 cupMilk
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspKasuri methi
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat oil in a kadhai on low flam
    wash spinach and wip with clean cloth n finely chopped them.
    Take a bowl put crumble paneer,add mashed potato,cumin powder,garam masala powder,finely chopped green chilli 1,gram flour/cornflour,salt to taste mix every thing well.
    Make equall size balls and roll the koftas in cornflour and fry the koftas on medium heat till golden brown.
    (fry kofta in smal batches)
    Remove the koftas on a tissue lined plate. Keep aside.

    Heat 3 cups of water in a pan. Add onion, cashew nuts, garlic,green chilis in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    Drain the water(dont throw remaining water) remove out green chili (bcz we need just spicy taste in curry)and add the cooked onion,cashews and curd in a blender add some cold water grind n make fine past...

    Heat oil (1 medium size spoon)and butter 1tbsp in a deep pain.
    Add the onion and cashew paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. Cover the pan if the masala is spluttering too much.
    Mix white curry masala (in leftover boiling water.)mix well.
    Now add this masala mixture and milk in the gravy n salt to taste cook on very low flame till curry turn aromatic and thick.
    Now add cream and cook more few minutes sprinkle white pepper powder n kasuri methi add honey mix well cook for more few seconds.

    Now add fried koftas and simmer on low flam till all koftas coted with curry as shown in the picture. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
    Tip.Add the koftas just befor serving.
