Steps

Clean wash soak the sago for overnight or 4-5 an hours. First wash drain water then don't add over sago water cover and keep aside. Crush some peanuts in mixie jar

For green paste - Take a mixi jar add coriander leaves mint leaves lemon juice ice cubs green chillies and make a paste (using ice cubs not make your sago black in colur it maintain green colour)

Fry some peanuts for decoration. It gives a crunchy taste and fry potetoes in light golden colour keep aside

Heat up oil in pan add cumin seeds when they crackers add crushed peanuts saute add salt add boiled and fried potatoes add green paste add soak sago mix well

Cook for 2 min add 2 spoon green paste add pinch sugar

Add fried peanuts add coriander leaves mix well
