Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupalmonds
  2. 1 packetvermicelli
  3. To cook vermicelli desi ghee
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1 cupsugar syrup
  6. 1 pinchcardamom powder

    Blanch the almonds in water, blanching not only make them soft but also makes it easy to peel off their skins.

    Boil them for not more than 30- 45 minutes. Peel the almonds

  3. 3

    Once this is done cook the vermicelli in desi ghee till it gets a Lovely brownish hua.

    Now, put in a strainer so thst all the excess oil come out.

    Empty the kadhai of all the oil now and add milk to it

  6. 6

    Once the milk comes to a boil and add the sugar syrup to it.

  7. 7

    Now, add the sewai and stir gently

  8. 8

    The milk will start to soften it and cook it.add the cardamom powder.now, add the almonds and stir well.
