Make cake mix as directed, EXCEPT to substitute one can of coconut milk for the water indicated. If needed, the coconut milk can be thinned with water. Add coconut flavoring.

Bake as directed.

For Frosting: Put all ingredients in a deep bowl. Beat for a minimum of 15 minutes with an electric mixer.

Spread over layer cake, angel food cake or sheet cake.
