This is a moist 2 layer chocolate cake I made it because I was bored this is my famous chocolate recipe all my family like it that’s why if you make this cake you will need 2 8 inch pans or if you want a 4 layer cake you will need to double the recipe abs have 4 8 inch pans anyways the recipe is down below

Ingredients

30-35 Minutes
4-6 People
  1. 220 GramsPlain Flower
  2. 75 GramsUnsweetened Coca Powder
  3. 350 GramsWhite Granulated Sugar
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  6. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  7. 240 MLCoffee
  8. 240 MLButtermilk
  9. 2Eggs
  10. 120 MLVegetable Oil
  11. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  12. Separate in to 2 8 inch Cake Tins Bake 350 F 30-35 Minutes
  13. Buttercream recipe
  14. 175 Gramssoftened Butter
  15. 335 GramsCream Chesse
  16. 260 Gramsicing sugar
  17. 67 GramsCoca Powder
  18. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

30-35 Minutes

    Mix The Flower, coca powder,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt

    Then add the coffee,buttermilk,eggs,oil,vanilla extract and mix

  3. 3

    Separate the mixture in to 2 8 inch cake tins and line them with baking paper and bake 350 F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean

    One the cake is baked let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes then take them out of the pans and let them cook until cold

  5. 5

    For the buttercream mix together the butter,creamcheese then add icing sugar,coca powder,and vanilla extract and decorate
