  • 1 cupbaisan
  • 2medium potatoes slice cut
  • 1medium piyaz
  • 3 tbspdhaniya
  • 2 tbsppodina
  • 1/2 tsppisi green chilli
  • 1/2 tspkotii lal mirch
  • 2 tbspchawal ka atta
  • pinchmeetha soda
  • Salt to tatse
  • 1/2 tspkasori meethi
  • 1 tspbhunna pisa zeera
  • 1 tspbhunna pisa dhaniya
  • water to make batter
  • oil for frying

    Cut all the vegetables & in keep in a bowl

    Add baisan & water to make batter.. batter should b in medium consistency(no thick,no very thin)

    Cut potatoes in slices..

    Dip potatoes slices in batter & fry them.. serve these crispy potato pakora with hot sauce or ketchup
