Switch on the flame and heat the milk lukewarm

Add sugar powder and yeast

Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes the east will activate and froth will come on the surface of milk add essence

In a Big Bowl take maida salt and coconut powder add East added milk in it (the the dry ingredients)

Knead the dough properly and cover it with the damp cloth keep it aside for one an hour.

After one hour it will be double in size put it on the slab or platform and knead it properly

Now take three same sized balls and roll it with the rolling pin

Cut the small size strips 8 to 10

Take another two balls and make same procedure

Now take all three stripped strips and braid it or make the choti

Tie it with the jute ribbon and put it for one an hour to blow it again

After 1 hour put it in the oven for baking on 180 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes

Take it from the oven apply sugar added milk on it and serve hot with tea or coffee
