Activate yeast in a big bowl. Usually that means just mixing it with the sugar and wait a few minutes. Follow instructions on the package.

Add all other ingredients. Use warm water, but don't use boiling water! That'd kill the yeast. Add the salt as last. If you can't get bread seasoning mixture, make it yourself. It's roughly 1 part of coriander, fennel, anise and 4 parts of cumin. Or use just powdered/crushed cumin.

Mix the mixture. The dough is very stiff. Don't use kitchen robots unless they're designed for bread dough. By hand it's a bit pain, it requires patient and strength. It's difficult at first but it's worth it.

Sprinkle the mixture with flour and cover it. Keep it warm and let it yeast for 30 minutes (50°C in the owen, alternative can be placing the bowl into warm water or on radiator). Dough should rise a lot. Once done, preheat the owen to 200°C.

Mix the dough once again. Don't be afraid that it'll loose the volume. It'll rise again during baking itself.

Put the dough on baking paper, form it round and place it in the owen. Bake for 40 minutes.
