Mango is in season. So no meal is complete without mango and Aamras is my personal favorite. Today for Navratri fast I prepared sabudana kheer and combined it with Aamras. Its work great and come out delicious and beautiful.

Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1/4 cupsmall sabudana
  2. 1 1/2cup milk
  3. 3 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. as requiredFew saffron strands
  6. For aamras
  7. 1 cupripe mango pulp
  8. 2 tbspsugar or as per taste
  9. 1 tspcardamom powder
  10. as requiredFew saffron strands
  11. For garnishing
  12. as per needSome pomegranate
  13. as per tasteChopped mango
  14. 1 tbspghee roasted chopped pistachios

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sago in 1/2cup warm milk for 30 minutes. Now add remaining milk and saffron. Keep the flame on low. Cook till sago have plumped up and thickened. Add sugar cook for a minute. Turn off the flame. Keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

    For aamras add all ingredients in a grinding jar add grind them till smooth. Keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

    Now in a serving cup or bowl firstly add prepared sabudana then chopped mango pieces and pomegranate, again fill the cup with sabudana and topped with Aamras. Garnished with chopped pistachios and pomegranate.
    Serve chilled. Enjoy 😊.
