In a pan Bring 1L milk to boil and then add sugar and milkmaid to it

In a separate container boil water and add vermicelli and basil seeds.

As the milk boils, off the gas and cool the milk then add the kesar Pista mix dry fruit and let it cool.

Then in a serving mug or a glass. First add vermicell and basil seeds then add the kesar Pista mix milk and then add vanilla or pista flavoured ice-cream on top. Sprinkle pista and basil seeds. Cool Kesar Pista falooda is ready to serve.
