Firstly cut uour lemon grass into smaller Pieces with scissors, please be careful because lemon grass blades are sharp

Keep a pot with water to cook on

Add in your lemon grass leaves

Simmer water till it turns slightly green.

Add tea leaves if you want to add a bit of caffeine into your lemon grass tea.

Simmer it for 1 min till you see the nice color and aroma.

Add some honey to the cup, then pour in the hot lemon grass tea, squeeze the lemon if you want, mix it well.

And the warm cup of lemon grass tea is ready.

Note- I would suggest to add honey instead of sugar, or you can add jaggery powder into it.
