Steps

Wash and boil shark pieces with salt and Turmeric for 10 min

Once cool, remove skin, (it will come easily) and crumble the pieces

Keep a pan, add oil, add onion, green chilli and curry leaves, cook until onion changes colour

Now add crushed ginger, garlic, cumin, fennel, and stir until get good arouma

Add crumbled fish, keep stir, if need add salt, cover and cook in low flame for 15min

Now add grated coconut, stir fry in high flame for another 5 min
- 7
Remove the pan, add 1tbs lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
