Ingredients

  • 250 gm Shark fish
  • 2Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 6Green chilli (slit)
  • 8Garlic pearl (crushed)
  • 1 tspCumin (crushed)
  • 1 tspFennal seed (crushed)
  • 1 tbsGinger crushed
  • as requiredCurry leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cupGrated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves (finely chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil shark pieces with salt and Turmeric for 10 min

  2. 2

    Once cool, remove skin, (it will come easily) and crumble the pieces

  3. 3

    Keep a pan, add oil, add onion, green chilli and curry leaves, cook until onion changes colour

  4. 4

    Now add crushed ginger, garlic, cumin, fennel, and stir until get good arouma

  5. 5

    Add crumbled fish, keep stir, if need add salt, cover and cook in low flame for 15min

  6. 6

    Now add grated coconut, stir fry in high flame for another 5 min

  7. 7

    Remove the pan, add 1tbs lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
