  1. Flour
  2. Butter ½ simas
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1 tbspYeast
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 1 cupSugar
  7. Honey or syrup
  8. Raisins as much as desired

    Sieve the flour in a bowl and add your powdered milk

  2. 2

    Melt your butter and mix in, get a clean pot and pour a fair amount of warm water not too hot

  3. 3

    Add your sugar into the warm water for easy dissolving, add yeast and allow to proof

  4. 4

    Make a well in the flour and break your eggs, then add the proved yeast and sugar mixture, knead it well and cover, keep in a warm place and allow it to double it size.

    When it's double the size, knead again and roll out on a flat surface using the rolling pin

    Pour and spread the honey or syrup on the dough and sprinkle a little amount of sugar and raisins, roll up into a cylinder shape and use a knife to cut

    Grease your baking pan and place the Chelsea buns facing up, glase with raw egg and place in the oven till the top turns golden brown

  8. 8

    Chelsea buns is ready💃 serve with a drink
