Add all ★ ingredients and 200 ml of water (It is 1/3 of water indicated) and heat.

Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to low. Simmer for 1 minute to dissolve the kanten and sugar completely.

Turn off the heat. Add vanilla extract, and 400 ml of water (the remaining 2/3). Mix well.

Pour in the containers, and chill in the fridge.

Drizzle heavy cream on top and enjoy.

If you are not in a hurry, try the following. Add all the ingredients in a pot, and simmer it to dissolve the kanten and sugar. Then pour in molds. Let sit for a while until cool, then chill in the fridge.

Pour in milk, and stir. This coffee jelly drink is also delicious.
