Steps

Boil the pork cracklings, cut into small pieces, with salt and enough water. Set aside.

Blend the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and cumin until smooth.

Heat a splash of oil in a saucepan. Once hot, add the blended mixture and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes to season.

Add the boiled pork cracklings along with their broth to the sauce. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

Chop the cilantro and add it at the end after turning off the heat.

Optional: You can add about three sliced zucchini along with step 4.
