I'm expanding my repertoire of bento recipes.

It's better to cool a little bit and then cut.
I'm thinking up other recipes revolving around this. Recipe by yukanosuke

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Egg
  2. 1 sliceHam
  3. 1 sliceSliced cheese
  4. 1Salt, pepper
  5. 1Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Break open the egg, mix and then season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Oil a frying pan and pour the egg in.

  3. 3

Place ham and then overlap cheese on top of the egg. In this picture, though, I put the cheese in first!

  4. 4

Fold the egg once the cheese has melted and mixed in.

  5. 5

And finally, fold over twice and it's ready.

  6. 6

I cut these into easy-to-eat sizes (cut into 1/4 size) and to fit them into a bento.

  7. 7

I sandwiched mine in white rice! (Skip the final folding, place on rice to make a sandwich ー> Cut into quarters).

  8. 8

Used toast to make a sandwich! (The greens are Italian parsley)
