Cooking Instructions
- 1
Break open the egg, mix and then season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Oil a frying pan and pour the egg in.
- 3
Place ham and then overlap cheese on top of the egg. In this picture, though, I put the cheese in first!
- 4
Fold the egg once the cheese has melted and mixed in.
- 5
And finally, fold over twice and it's ready.
- 6
I cut these into easy-to-eat sizes (cut into 1/4 size) and to fit them into a bento.
- 7
I sandwiched mine in white rice! (Skip the final folding, place on rice to make a sandwich ー> Cut into quarters).
- 8
Used toast to make a sandwich! (The greens are Italian parsley)
