Chikuwa and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry with Okonomiyaki Sauce

In the Kansai region we use different sauces for everything - okonomiyaki, yakisoba, takoyaki. They're delicious and worth having around -- it's just a bit challenging to get through all of them.

Cut up the bell pepper and chikuwa, and stir-fry with a little oil in a frying pan.

When they're cooked, turn off the heat and add the sauce. Coat and stir using the residual heat.

This is also delicious with some bonito flakes or grated cheese.
